    Ingredients ​ 1 x Green apple 1  x handful of spinach 1/2 a cucumber A handful of kale 1 celery stalk The juice of half a lemon 250ml of water or coconut water Greens powder (optional) ​ Blend all ingredients together in the nutribullet and enjoy :)
